1.General Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original condition, unused or unworn.
  • Include all original tags and packaging.
  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

2.Damaged or Defective Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Perishable goods, including food, flowers, and plants.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Personal care items, such as cosmetics and beauty products.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases.

Please contact us if you are unsure about the eligibility of a specific item.

Note: Items purchased on sale and gift cards are non-returnable.

4.Exchanges

For exchanges, we recommend returning the original item for a refund. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.

5.European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a location within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. During this time, you may cancel or return your order for any reason, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • It is unused and in its original condition.
  • It includes all tags and packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is provided.

6. Refund Process
