Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders above a specific threshold. The threshold varies depending on the item(s) and destination.

Shipping Rates

For orders not eligible for free shipping, shipping fees are calculated based on the selected shipping option, order weight, and delivery location. Applicable rates will be displayed during checkout.

We offer worldwide shipping. However, free standard shipping does not apply to international orders.

1. General Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be in its original condition, unused or unworn.
• Include all original tags and packaging.
• Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

3. Non-Returnable Items

5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided:

• The item is unused and in its original condition
• All tags and packaging are included
• A receipt or proof of purchase is provided

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.
