This property offers a chic and modern interior which the whole party will surely adore. There are four bedrooms, three bathrooms and an open-plan living area with a living room, dining room and kitchen. Enjoy a family dinner at the stylish dining table as you admire the view of the garden and surrounding nature from the patio doors.
The outside of this property is just as spectacular. Cool down from the Sardinian sun in the inviting outdoor pool or sunbathe on the loungers on the lower terrace. Spend an evening watching the sun go down as you dine outside at the outdoor dining table. You can even lounge on the roof terrace and enjoy the incredible panoramic view.
Furthermore, at this villa, you benefit from a superb location. Situated on a brilliant resort with a golf club, including its own restaurant, it is only a 10-minute drive from Pula, where you can find various restaurants, bars and supermarkets. What’s more, this part of the island boasts some of the most beautiful nature and beaches in Sardinia. The closest beach and hiking trail are only a 10-minute drive away.
On top of this, there are many amazing historical landmarks within easy reach of the villa. Head to the village of Su Nuraxi in Barumini and discover Sardinia’s fascinating Nuraghe, roughly an hour away from the property by car. Additionally, the breathtaking city of Cagliari is only a 40-minute drive away. Be sure not to miss the enchanting area of Castello and the Bastion Saint Remy.

1. General Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must:
