Description
xThe villa is built out of traditional Mediterranean whitewashed walls, and locally hewn stone, set in its own small grounds, surrounded by lush green flora, flowering in season, and your own centrepiece, sea view, and swimming pool. The property comes with private parking, complimentary air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout, and an excellent team of concierge consultants, who can charter a yacht or arrange a private chef. The interiors are seriously smart, furnished with contemporary pieces, lots of natural wood, modern lighting, and tasteful art adorns the walls, and it is decorated in a cool, calming colour palette of subtle shades of grey and beige.
Follow the smooth paved path, and take the stone steps up the villa. Enter Villa Tiana, where there is a large open plan, a breath-taking sea view, and a living space, flooded with natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows, that open onto the pool terrace. The seating area has an L-shaped comfy sofa, and matching chair, and a glass-topped coffee table, all facing a flat-screen satellite television. The adjacent wood dining set seats up to four guests and is ideal for indoor entertaining. A brown and stainless steel galley-style kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to cater for your holiday, including that must-have Nespresso coffee maker. The beautifully-appointed bedroom has a double bed, spacious wardrobes, bedside tables, a dressing table desk, and a flat-screen television. The ensuite black and white marble bathroom has a walk-in shower, a vanity unit hand basin, and a WC.
Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open onto the pool terrace, so you can slip out of bed and have a swim before breakfast, or a midnight dip under the twinkling stars. The paved terrace commands panoramic sea views and is home to a ladder-entry infinity swimming pool. There are two sun loungers strategically set in a shady spot, and a dining set for four, where you can feast alfresco, with dishes freshly grilled on the barbeque.

Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders above a specific threshold. The threshold varies depending on the item(s) and destination.
Shipping Rates
For orders not eligible for free shipping, shipping fees are calculated based on the selected shipping option, order weight, and delivery location. Applicable rates will be displayed during checkout.

We offer worldwide shipping. However, free standard shipping does not apply to international orders.

1. General Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be in its original condition, unused or unworn.
- Include all original tags and packaging.
- Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
3. Non-Returnable Items

4. Exchanges
For exchanges, we recommend returning the original item for a refund. Once your return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the desired item.
5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- All tags and packaging are included
- A receipt or proof of purchase is provided

6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
