xVilla Laga is a characterful 4-bedroom villa set in the rolling hills of Le Marche, accommodating 8 guests across 500 m² of beautifully restored living space. Four additional guests can also be accommodated on extra single beds, available on request and at an extra cost. Located on the ground floor of a 19th-century villa with a private entrance, the property offers a blend of historical charm and modern comfort. Inside, guests will find a spacious kitchen with a traditional fireplace, fully equipped for family dining, alongside a noble corridor showcasing the villa’s rich heritage. The layout includes one triple bedroom and three further double rooms, complemented by two bathrooms with bathtubs and a third with a shower.
Outside, the villa boasts a 300 m² private historic garden with centuries-old trees, rare plant species and even free-roaming peacocks. There is also an outdoor dining space, sun loungers, and a barbecue. The villa has indoor and outdoor private parking and table tennis for family fun. Essential amenities include WiFi, air conditioning, a smart TV, and laundry facilities.
The villa is just 15 minutes from the sea, the historic city of Ascoli Piceno, and the charming town of Offida. Within a 5-minute walk, guests can access restaurants, public transport, and shops via Via Salaria. This is an ideal base for exploring vineyards, cycling trails, medieval villages, and the Adriatic coast, with easy access to relaxation and adventure.

1. General Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns

5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

- All tags and packaging are included
