The outside area of this property is even more impressive. Whether taking a dip in the inviting swimming pool or unwinding in the serene garden area, this home offers the ideal space to relax. Make the most of the multiple areas, including the outdoor patio with loungers, comfortable garden furniture, and a rooftop terrace.

Walk just 5 minutes to the resort’s golf club, equipped with a driving range, fitness room, meeting rooms and Club House offering a bistro restaurant. To reach a wide range of amenities and places to eat, you only need to drive 10 minutes away to get to the delightful town of Pula.
Moreover, you can reach a wide array of spectacular beaches and nature sites from this property. Just 15 minutes by car sits the divine Spiaggia di Nora, a sensational white sand beach with crystal clear water to bathe in. On top of this, the equally enchanting beaches of Santa Margherita and Chia are only a 20-minute drive away.
Several hiking spots and breathtaking national parks are nearby, including the Foresta Demaniale di Pixinamanna, only a ten-minute drive away. Slightly further afield, the island's capital, the captivating city of Cagliari, is just a 40-minute drive away.

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns
