Our retro audio guestbook phone is the perfect method to record messages from your guests. Just lift the receiver, record your message after the tone, and hang up. It’s a simple and enjoyable way for guests to leave their own recorded greetings for your event. Once the audio message is used,
Functionality of the audio guestbook: 1. Activate the device by pulling the bottom switch. 2. To end a call, either press and hold the hook button or the middle setting button on the phone. The recording will begin with a 'beep' sound; release the button to stop recording, and it will play back through the speaker. Press the hook key once to hear the owner's message, and you can repeat the process to overwrite the previous recording. (The entire procedure is on-hook.)
3. When a visitor arrives, lift the receiver to listen to the host's message. After a beep, you can record the guest's message, and the call will end. 4. Connect the USB cable or remove the SD card to access it: open the SD card, and you will find two files, one containing the owner's GREETING message and the other with the customer's GUEST message; enter to review them.
5. The light indicator on the underside serves as a reminder: *. A red light indicates charging, *. A flashing red light signals a low battery. *. A blue light shows that it is in operation or fully charged.
Settings for the Audio Guestbook
1. Using three No. 5 batteries allows for continuous operation for 48 hours and 10 days on standby.
2. The SD card comes with a default capacity of 8GB, but can support up to 256GB.
3. There is no limit on the recording duration for individual messages.
4. A USB cable is provided for transferring files (it can also charge the battery simultaneously). Files from the audio message book can be directly transferred to your PC or Mac without the need for audio software or a license.
